JIT

• Mobile unit (shuttle) with adjustable forward/reverse speed consisting of:
  • hopper for loading the second layer mixture from the batching plant
  • mixture feeding conveyor belt located at the bottom of the hopper
  • movable box with front/rear pendulum scraper that allows the mixture to be gradually poured into the moulds with adjustable speed at each point of the forward/reverse stroke
  • conveyor belt and skip movements controlled with encoders and inverters
• The upper part of the machine and the mobile unit can be raised/lowered by a gear motor to adapt the height of the mobile unit to the height of the moulds in a few seconds
• Inclined conveyor to collect and recover excess stock via a bucket elevator
• Material level probes
• Machine mounted on wheels for quick and easy cleaning

ACCU

• Capacity: 2200 litres
• It receives the complete batch from the second layer batching plant and releases the correct amount of material for each pressing cycle into the JIT hopper via a conveyor belt.
• Conveyor belt driven by a robust geared motor and sliding on Hardox plates
• Reversible belt for fast and effective cleaning
• Equipped with material level sensor for min/max and vibrator mounted on the holding hopper to facilitate material mix flow
• Complete with steel frame, ladder and walking platform
• Electronically controlled by the press PLC
