Fully automatic and integrated line for the surface protection of concrete tiles, slabs and pavers, with impregnating UV agents coating.
  • First Cleaning Group To clean the surface of products by a rotary brush, high pressure rotary blowers and final antistatic dust capture bar
  • IR pre-heating/drying oven for optimal and uniform drying and pre-heating of the tiles, slabs and pavers
  • Roller Coaters station with belt conveyor system to optimally apply finishing products using applicator roller, coated with rubber and a dosing roller, made in thick, ground, chrome-plated steel
  • By acting on the pressure between the applicator roller and the dosing roller, the amount of product to be applied can be adjusted
  • UV curing oven (Base Coating curing), used to cure UV coating products on any kind of substrate.

  • UV CURING OVEN (Base and Top Coating layers final high power curing) for the optimal final curing of the UV UltraViolet coating chemicals
  • Final UV top coats may include abrasive powders to be anti-slippery and less glossy in reflection for the outdoor applications
  • Using roller coaters technology, compared to traditional coating sprayers, results in less waste of chemical products, cleaner line and greater respect for the environmen
