HOC 900-1100-1400

System capable to take, by vacuum, fresh tiles from any hydraulic press and to store them horizontally on steel pallets for curing or to take the dry tiles from the steel pallets and to convey them to a finishing / processing line.

• It uses self-bearing hot galvanized steel pallets with overall dimensions up to 1420×2150 mm (HOC 1400) with variable heights in accordance to the tiles thickness
• Each pallet can receive a variable number of tiles depending from the tile size
• HOC is available in a combined model (fresh + dry tiles) or in two separate machines: one for fresh and one for dry tiles
• The standard combined fresh & dry system is composed by the following stations:
  • Storing of the stacks of pallets filled with dry tiles
  • Unstacking of the pallets, one by one
  • Take off by vacuum of the dry tiles from the pallets and deposit on a feeding path to feed a processing line
  • Moving of the empty pallets
  • Take off by vacuum of the fresh tiles from the extracting shovel of the press, approach them if necessary, and deposit them on the pallets
  • Stacking of the pallets filled with fresh tiles
• Feeding and discharge of the pallets stacks can be made using a standard forklift or, in case of a fully automatic plant, with an automatic finger car ROBOT
• Machine equipped with the innovative and sustainable REMORA OCEM patented system that allows the movement of the stack of pallets from the loading station to the unstacking station or from the stacking station to the unloading station without using dedicated electromechanical systems. It reduces the total installed power, moving masses and energy consumption
• Driven by an electronic control board with SIEMENS PLC, and a Siemens colour touch screen panel with a very user friendly HMI with remote remote assistance system TE.SE.O. (option)
• Customizable machine to follow special Customer’s needs or already existing steel pallets
