After-Sales Service
Sometimes technical problems can appear complex. OCEM has, however, dedicated an internal division to this service, so that a specialised technical team is available to support customers. Technical interventions can be carried out by telephone or via the web or, in the most complex cases, by directly sending a specialised technician anywhere in the world.
In addition, all OCEM machines can be equipped with TE.SE.O. (Tele Service OCEM), which allows you to connect with our After-Sales Service team, allowing you to control the machine and help the local plant managers in real time.
